I'm An Ass...

After being so pissed off about my issues with my Shaw home phone, and unable to connect to them (or anyone, for that matter)  via telephone, I went to their website, and used a chat feature to talk to a representative.

After a 25 minute wait, I finally connected to an agent who was very polite and helpful, he explained it was a current problem with Shaw, Bell and Telus as they swapped lines for one reason or another and expected it to be dealt with in the next couple of hours.

He then proceeded to ask me if I needed any more help, I said no, thanked him, he wished me a good day and an enjoyable weekend. I couldn't help myself.

I said "You too! Enjoy the rapture! ;)"

Aw, Fuck!
I hope it made him laugh, because it certainly made me laugh.

    Bwhahahah, I love the picture! One must feel like a total asshat when the world is still around the day after you predict it won't be.
